BestStart Rugby Park is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher in Training to join our energetic and supportive team. Our focus is on delivering quality education to the children in our community.

About the Role
If you have a passion for teaching young children and are currently enrolled in a Level 7 Early Childhood Education (ECE) programme, we want to hear from you. This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week over four or five days in our 1-2 year-old room.

Role Requirements
We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference in young learners' lives. Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrolment in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor’s programme
- A strong understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending children's learning
- Knowledge of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
- A dedication to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through teaching practices
- Passion and commitment for teaching and delivering high-quality education
