BestStart Burnside is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher in Training to join our close-knit and supportive team. This opportunity has arisen as our roll continues to grow, creating space for someone who is eager to learn and thrive in our over 2-year-old environment.

About the Role
- Permanent position, 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Open to those currently enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor programme
- Work alongside an experienced, long-standing team who will support your growth and development

What We’re Looking For
- Enrolment in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor course
- Passion for working with young children and commitment to making a difference
- Understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending children’s learning
- Sound knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and a strong commitment to compliance
- Dedication to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
