Reliever Caregiver - Kapiti Coast
BestStart is seeking Reliever Caregivers to join our team across the Kapiti Coast. Our relievers play a vital role in supporting our centres across the city, ensuring our Tamariki receive the best care and learning experiences every day. BestStart operates four centres in the Kapiti Coast region, each offering a welcoming, supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
As a Reliever Caregiver, you will:
- Work alongside permanent staff to support the daily activities of the classroom.
- Provide care, guidance, and engagement for our Tamariki.
- Take initiative and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Enjoy variety—no two days are the same, as you may work across multiple centres.

- The ability to adapt and be part of a supportive team.
No formal ECE qualifications are required—this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and explore a rewarding career in early childhood education!
