We’re seeking passionate Kaiako to join us, working with tamariki under 5 years old. We have positions available with both under 2s and over 2s, offering the chance to work with new resources in a modern, sunny environment. As part of the start-up team, you’ll help create the learning environment and contribute to shaping a centre philosophy that aligns with our team’s values and the local community. Flexibility and the ability to work full-time are essential.T
These are full-time roles, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
