BestStart West Village is a brand-new early learning centre in Rolleston, dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Certificated Teacher to join our energetic, close-knit team.

About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) based in our Toddlers room. You’ll work with 2-3-year-old tamariki in a fun, engaging environment that encourages independence, discovery, and growth through play.
Role Requirements:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) with current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
- Knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in pedagogical practice
- Passion for teaching and learning, delivering quality outcomes for tamariki
