About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Qualified ECE Teacher to join our wonderful team at BestStart Orewa. At our centre, whanaungatanga - connection and relationships - is at the heart of everything we do.

As our centre continues to grow, we’re seeking an energetic, motivated kaiako who thrives in a collaborative team, loves fostering curiosity and confidence in children, and enjoys getting stuck in to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences.

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
What We’re Looking For:
- A Qualified and Certified ECE Teacher (BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 or equivalent)
- A passion for child-led, play-based learning
- Experience creating engaging learning stories and extending children’s interests
- A strong understanding of Te Whāriki and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- A team player who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and positivity to their mahi
