About the Role

Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced educator, if you’re passionate about teaching young children, we’d love to hear from you. This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours, Monday–Friday). You’ll have the opportunity to work with either our under‑2s or over‑2s - wherever your passion lies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners and thrives in a collaborative, high‑quality teaching environment.

You will have:

  • A BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and a current practising certificate
  • Strong understanding of child‑led curriculum, planning, and extending children’s learning
  • Solid knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
  • A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your teaching practice
  • Passion, professionalism, and a drive to deliver high‑quality learning experiences
