About the Role

We welcome both newly qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday). You will be working alongside our over 2-year-old tamariki. 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified ECE or Primary Teacher (B.Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7) with a current Teacher Certification
  • Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and Te Whāriki
  • Commitment to equity and advocacy for tamariki
  • Culturally responsive teaching practices aligned with Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to centre priorities and local curriculum
  • Ability to build strong learning partnerships with whānau
  • Dedication to ongoing professional growth and development
