About Us

BestStart Springlands is looking for a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Registered Teacher to step into the role of Head Teacher in our Piwakawaka Room (ages 2 – 3.5 years). This is a unique opportunity to lead a warm, collaborative team that values partnership with whānau and a genuine sense of belonging.

Our centre is nestled in the heart of Springlands, conveniently located near a local café, supermarket, and across from a nearby primary school – supporting easy transitions and connections for tamariki and families. Our team takes pride in creating a nurturing space that feels like a home away from home, where children can explore, develop emotional intelligence, and build lasting friendships through meaningful play.

With Blenheim’s sunny climate, vibrant community, and reputation for great food and culture, our centre provides a beautiful environment for early learning and growth.
