BestStart Park Green is a modern, purpose-designed centre located in the fast-growing Rosehill, Karaka area. Surrounded by green spaces and conveniently close to local amenities and motorway access, the centre offers a peaceful, spacious setting for children and kaiako alike.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a bright, purpose-built environment with children aged 2–5, while helping to shape the centre’s culture and philosophy from the ground up. We are looking for a fully registered teacher with proven leadership experience who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating exceptional learning experiences
As Head Teacher, you will lead our team. This is a key leadership position where you’ll have the chance to build strong relationships, influence centre direction, and support your team’s ongoing development.
We’re seeking a confident, collaborative, and capable leader who shares our values and vision for high-quality early learning. You'll be someone who leads by example, inspires others, and has a strong understanding of curriculum, planning, and compliance.
