Head Teacher (BestStart Papakura)

As a collaborative leader, you'll play a key role in promoting bicultural and multicultural practices, driving excellent learning outcomes, and building strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in our Under 2's room.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B Ed) or Diploma in Teaching (Level 7) (ECE) and current teacher registration.
- Strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum.
- In-depth knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance.
- Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire tamariki to grow and develop.
