About the Role

This is a permanent, full‑time position (40 hours, Monday–Friday).

Our Kaitiaki preschooler room supports tamariki aged 3.5 to 5+ as they grow in independence and confidence. Through our Set for School initiative, we focus on school readiness and smooth transitions to primary school. Our team is committed to nurturing lifelong learners through meaningful relationships, engaging experiences, and a supportive, well‑resourced environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a natural leader who shares our values and vision, with a strong understanding of quality practice and a passion for growth.

You will bring:

  • A BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and a current practising certificate
  • Strong knowledge of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum
  • A solid understanding of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance expectations
  • A commitment to delivering high‑quality education and care
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for leading others
