BestStart Bader is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Registered Teacher to join our energetic and tight-knit team as our new Head Teacher in the under two's room. Our focus is to provide quality education to the children in our community.

Role requirements:
We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth. This is a full time permanent position, working 40 hours Monday - Friday.
As well as:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
- Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
