BestStart Montessori Rongotai is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Caregiver to join our warm and close-knit team!
At BestStart Montessori Rongotai, we believe every child is a capable and confident learner. Our nurturing Montessori environment encourages tamariki to explore, discover, develop at their own pace, and build a lifelong love of learning.
Working alongside our teaching team, you will provide quality care and learning experiences for children aged 2–6 years. Our little Montessori house is a place where children build confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging.
This is a fixed-term position working 18 hours per week until 29th June 2027.

You will:
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and whānau.
- Support children's development through play, everyday interactions, and learning experiences.
- Assist with daily routines and care moments.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team across all age groups.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
