About the Role:
If you have a passion for teaching young children and are currently enrolled to study or considering enrolling to study in a level 7 ECE programme (ECE Bachelor), we want to hear from you. We are ideally looking for a dedicated, energetic and fun-loving candidate in their first year of study.
This is a part-time position, working 35 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday in the Kea Room with the 3-year-old children, you will need to also have flexibility to work across the centre to support where required.

Role requirements:
We are looking for a Teacher in Taining with a positive and flexible attitude to support the team to create a warm and welcoming environment for children and to continue building strong and professional relationships with all our parents/whanau is a must. A long with the following:
- Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
- Be reliable and willing to go above and beyond
