About the Role:
Are you a highly organised and approachable administrator who thrives in a busy, people-focused role?
As our Centre Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our centre, supporting both our team and whānau. No two days will be the same – one moment you’ll be greeting families and answering queries, the next you’ll be managing bookings, processing payments, or assisting with compliance tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to whānau and visitors
- Managing enrolments, attendance records, and parent accounts
- Processing direct debits, payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Meeting key daily, weekly, and term deadlines
- Supporting the centre team with general administration and communications
- Occasionally spending time with our tamariki, making this role truly rewarding
You’ll be supported by our National Admin Support team, who provide helpdesk support, training, and strong systems to guide you. A full induction will ensure you’re set up for success.
This is a permanent position, working [20 - 30 hours per week] Monday – Friday.
