ECE Caregiver (BestStart Kelvin Street)

About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time caregiver to support all age groups across our centre. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the centre. Shift times may vary, requiring early starts or late finishes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to our tamariki.
- Support all classrooms and assist with staff breaks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and energetic individual who enjoys working with young children, particularly infants and toddlers.
- Previous experience with children under five is essential.
- A team player with a high level of initiative and the ability to follow direction.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
- While an ECE qualification is not required, a passion for childcare and a commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment are a must.
