About the Role
As a Caregiver, you’ll be supporting our qualified teaching team in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our tamariki. Your day will include care routines, learning experiences, and supporting the emotional and social development of children. This is a Full-time, Permanent Position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines, learning experiences, and care tasks
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support team members in delivering high-quality care and education
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organised learning space
- Cover breaks and support across classrooms as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, patient and reliable person
- Genuine passion for working with young children
- A team player, open to learning and feedback
- Experience working with children under five is ideal, but not required
- Strong initiative and the ability to follow direction
