About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, caring, mature, and reliable Caregiver to join our team in this newly created position.
Manaakitanga and Whanaungatanga are at the heart of what we do. You’ll help create a welcoming and nurturing environment where tamariki feel valued and supported, while building strong and meaningful relationships with children, whānau, and the teaching team.
This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 6 hours per day.
Role requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children under five
- Is warm, nurturing, mature, and reliable
- Builds positive relationships with tamariki and whānau
- Understands the importance of Manaakitanga and Whanaungatanga
- Is confident working across all age groups
- Works well as part of a team and takes initiative
