Are you passionate about caring for our youngest tamariki? BestStart Cornwall Street is looking for a warm, dedicated Caregiver to join our infants room team, working 30–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

About the role
As a Caregiver in our infants room, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, loving, and stimulating environment for our youngest tamariki. Working alongside our experienced teaching team, you’ll support children as they grow, discover, and develop.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing nurturing care and meaningful interactions with infants
- Supporting and extending children’s learning through play
- Working collaboratively with your team, covering breaks, and engaging in centre-wide activities
- Contributing to a fun, positive, and inclusive team culture
What we’re looking for
- A genuine love of working with infants and toddlers
- Previous experience caring for children under five
- Initiative, reliability, and the ability to follow direction
- A commitment to making a positive difference in children’s lives
An ECE qualification is not required for this role.
