ECE Caregiver (BestStart Barrington)
BestStart Barrington is looking for a passionate and caring Caregiver to join our close-knit team. Our purpose-built centre features five age-focused classrooms, including a dedicated nursery for babies under one, creating a warm and nurturing environment where tamariki can learn, grow, and thrive.

About the Role
As a Caregiver, you'll work alongside our teaching team to:
- Provide exceptional care and support for tamariki
- Foster positive learning experiences through play and everyday interactions
- Support children across all age groups and classrooms
- Contribute to a positive team culture and smooth centre operations
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children under five
- A genuine passion for infants, toddlers, and young children
- A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
