About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our centre while supporting and developing a passionate team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences and building strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and kaiako. This is a permanent fulltime position working 40 hours per week.

- Lead and inspire a team of educators
- Build strong relationships with tamariki and whānau
- Champion high-quality teaching and learning
- Coach and support your team to grow
- Ensure strong compliance, curriculum, and planning

About You
You will bring passion for early childhood education along with:
- A Level 7 ECE qualification and current NZ Teaching Certification
- Leadership experience (Centre Manager or Head Teacher preferred)
- Knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
