About You:
You’re a passionate, forward-thinking leader who thrives in a collaborative and caring environment. You bring energy, creativity, and the ability to simplify processes while achieving high-quality outcomes.
You’ll also have:
- A Level 7 ECE qualification & current NZ Teacher Certification
- Strong knowledge of ECE regulations and child-led curriculum
- A deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
- Proven coaching skills to uplift and empower your team
- A drive for innovation and excellence in everything you do
