About the Role
As Centre Manager, you’ll lead with passion, ensuring excellent learning outcomes for children and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll thrive on building strong relationships with whānau, staff, and the wider community, and you’ll bring energy, positivity, and vision to your leadership.
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours, Monday–Friday).
What We’re Looking For:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and ECE regulations
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
- Proven coaching skills to support and grow your team
- Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative leader who embraces innovation and simplification
