Nestled at the foot of Huntsbury Hill near the Ōpāwaho river, our purpose-built centre sits on the historic site of St. Anne’s Church, which served this community for nearly 100 years. About the Role

As Centre Manager, you’ll lead with passion, ensuring excellent learning outcomes for children and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll thrive on building strong relationships with whānau, staff, and the wider community, and you’ll bring energy, positivity, and vision to your leadership.

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours, Monday–Friday).

What We’re Looking For:

  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification 
  • Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and ECE regulations
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
  • Proven coaching skills to support and grow your team
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative leader who embraces innovation and simplification
