About the Role

As a high‑impact leader reporting to an Area Manager, you will champion excellent learning outcomes and ensure smooth, positive day‑to‑day operations. Strong communication and relationship‑building will be central to your success.

This is a permanent, full‑time position (40 hours, Monday to Friday).

What We’re Looking For

  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
  • Strong understanding of child‑led curriculum and pedagogy
  • Solid knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance expectations
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
  • Proven coaching ability and a passion for developing others
  • Innovative thinking and a drive to simplify and improve systems
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Centre Manager
