About the role
Reporting to an Area Manager, you’ll be a high-impact leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional learning outcomes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. Building strong relationships and communicating with confidence will come naturally to you.
- Permanent role
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring energy, vision, and a strong commitment to quality ECE practice. You will have:
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and practice
- Sound understanding of ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki, with compliance held in high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through your pedagogical practice
- A coaching mindset, with the ability to unlock the potential of others
- An innovative approach, you’re excited by new ideas and simplifying the way we work
