About the Role

As a high‑impact leader reporting to an Area Manager, you’ll champion exceptional learning outcomes and ensure the smooth, positive day‑to‑day running of the centre. Relationship‑building and communication will be at the heart of everything you do.

Permanent, full‑time: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

What We’re Looking For

  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification
  • Strong understanding of child‑led curriculum, pedagogy, and compliance
  • Solid knowledge of ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki
  • A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
  • A natural coach who brings out the best in others
  • An innovator who enjoys simplifying processes and improving outcomes
  • Minimum of 2-years Centre Manager experience required.
