We teach real-world academic and personal skills, including understanding and managing emotions, setting and achieving positive goals, showing empathy, building positive relationships, and making responsible decisions.

We are currently seeking a permanent part-time Administrator to join our team, working 25–30 hours per week.

About the Role

As the friendly face of our centre, you will play a key role in supporting our tamariki, whānau, and teaching team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for whānau and visitors
  • Supporting enrolments and managing enquiries
  • Managing accounts, invoicing, and data entry
  • General administration and record keeping
  • Providing occasional support in classrooms as needed

  • Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT systems
  • Comfortable working with accounts and problem-solving
  • A genuine team player who enjoys supporting others
