About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our whānau, guiding new families through enrolments, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes with a variety of administrative tasks.

This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Answering calls and responding to enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Hosting centre tours and supporting new family enrolments
  • Managing accounts, invoicing, and direct debits
  • Accurately entering data into our systems
  • Filing, record-keeping, and general admin duties
  • Lending a hand in classrooms when needed

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and enjoys connecting with people
  • Organised and able to meet regular deadlines
  • Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and general IT systems
  • Clear and professional in communication
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and a true team player
  • Comfortable with account processes and solving problems
