About the Role

As our Centre Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face of the centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve:

  • Providing excellent customer service to families, handling inquiries, and supporting enrolments
  • Managing bookings, parent accounts, payments, and direct debits
  • Keeping accurate records and meeting reporting deadlines
  • Using Word, Excel, and other systems for data entry and administrative tasks
  • Occasionally engaging with children and supporting the teaching team

You’ll also have access to our National Admin Support Team for guidance and training, ensuring you feel confident in Ministry of Education requirements and centre procedures.

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
  • Compassion and understanding when working with families
  • Experience in accounts, invoicing, and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently
