Centre Administrator (BestStart Onslow Rd)
About the Role:
We are looking for an organised, friendly Centre Administrator to join our welcoming team. This key role supports our centre’s success by ensuring high-quality care for our children and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
As Centre Administrator, you'll manage varied tasks, from data entry and bookings to parent inquiries and account management, while delivering excellent customer service for our Whānau.
Strong organisation and IT skills, including Word and Excel, are essential. You’ll receive support from our National Admin team and thorough training on Ministry requirements as part of your induction.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Role requirements:
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Compassionate towards whanau
- Good general knowledge of accounts processes and customer account query resolution
- A fast and efficient learner who is highly organised and meticulous with details
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Fantastic customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile
