  • Centre tours and enrolling new families
  • Managing accounts, invoicing, and direct debits
  • Inputting data accurately into our systems

  • Providing support in classrooms as needed

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and enjoys meeting new people
  • Highly organised and able to meet regular deadlines
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook and general IT systems
  • Clear and professional in communication
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and a true team player
  • Confident with account processes and problem-solving

This is a permanent role working 30–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours and times can be flexible for the right candidate.
