About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding, organised, and friendly Centre Administrator to join our welcoming team on a fixed-term basis from 12 September 2026 to 12 March 2027.
As our Centre Administrator, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our families, providing exceptional customer service while managing a range of administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries from current and prospective families
- Data entry and maintaining accurate centre records
- Managing bookings and enrolments
- Resolving account queries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting centre compliance and Ministry of Education requirements
- Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager and teaching team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm and compassionate approach when working with whānau
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Outstanding customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
- A positive, team-focused attitude
