About the Role

We are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive Centre Administrator to support the smooth running of our centre. This role is essential to ensuring we meet Ministry of Education requirements and continue delivering high‑quality care and education.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to whānau
  • Managing bookings and enrolment enquiries
  • Data entry and account management
  • Processing payments and direct debits
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines
  • Using Word, Excel, and Outlook confidently
  • Supporting tamariki and Kaiako when needed

You will also be supported by our National Admin Support team and receive full training on Ministry of Education processes.

This is a permanent position of 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
