About the Role

As our Centre Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of the centre and a vital support to our leadership and teaching teams. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and relationship-building.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing enrolments and bookings
  • Responding to parent and whānau enquiries
  • Maintaining parent accounts, payments, and direct debits
  • Data entry and record management
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly administrative requirements
  • Supporting compliance and Ministry of Education requirements
  • Providing occasional support within our classrooms when needed

You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, with established systems and processes designed to help you succeed.

This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
