About the Role
We’re looking for a caring, energetic, and committed Caregiver to join our wonderful infants team. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.
As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in nurturing our youngest tamariki, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing every day. Through responsive care, meaningful interactions, and warm, trusting relationships, you’ll help create an environment where babies feel safe, secure, loved, and confident to explore the world around them.

You’ll be someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with babies and young children
- Is warm, kind, respectful, and nurturing
- Builds positive and trusting relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
- Is a positive team player who communicates openly and honestly
- Is flexible, reliable, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed
- Has previous caregiving or early childhood experience (preferred, but not essential)
