We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring team member to join our preschool team in a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on children's learning while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting tamariki to learn, grow, and thrive through engaging experiences.
- Building positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues.
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
- Contributing to a collaborative team culture and the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children under five (qualification not required).
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
