BestStart Milson Line is a modern, purpose-built early learning centre with a passionate team dedicated to supporting tamariki and their whānau at every stage of their child’s development.

Your Role
We currently have two permanent part-time positions available:
- 30 hours per week
- 20 hours per week
You’ll play an important role in helping our tamariki discover the joy of learning, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of exploration.
What You’ll Do
- Provide nurturing care and quality learning experiences that celebrate every child’s unique strengths and potential.
- Plan and support fun, hands-on experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and discovery.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
- Help foster a welcoming, positive culture where children, whānau, and team members feel at home.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children under five is preferred.
- An ECE qualification is not essential, Passion, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of working with children are what matter most.
- A love of learning and a belief in the importance of quality early childhood education.
- A positive, collaborative, and team-focused attitude.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a caring, values-driven environment.
