About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. You'll be a key part of our centre, working alongside passionate educators and reporting to the Centre Manager. No two days are the same, and you'll play a crucial role in helping our tamariki grow and thrive in a fun, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, high-quality care and learning experiences for tamariki
- Create fun and engaging activities that spark imagination and foster growth
- Support children to develop independence, leadership, and a love for learning
- Pitch in with centre routines, activities, and staff breaks
- Help maintain a calm, safe, and inspiring environment where everyone thrives
An ECE qualification isn’t required – but experience with children under five and a genuine love for working with young children is essential.
