Your Role
We’re looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Caregiver to join our friendly and supportive team in a permanent, part-time position working 35 hours per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children while working in a welcoming, collaborative environment where relationships matter, teamwork is valued, and everyone is encouraged to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, responsive care and engaging learning experiences that support the wellbeing and development of tamariki.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration through fun, hands-on learning opportunities.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with tamariki and their whānau.
- Work alongside your team to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and supported.
- Help foster an inclusive centre culture where every child, whānau, and team member feels welcome and valued.
- Contribute to the daily running of the centre and be part of a team that learns, grows, and celebrates success together.
