At BestStart Rotorua, we are seeking passionate Reliever Teachers to join our team. Our relievers play a critical role in ensuring high-quality learning experiences for Tamariki across our seven wonderful centres in Rotorua. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a diverse range of learning environments.
About the Role:
As a Reliever Teacher, you will support our centres by:
- Embracing diversity - Adapt to different centre environments across vibrant Rotorua.
- Striving for excellence - Provide engaging and high-quality teaching experiences.
- Using your initiative - Identify opportunities to contribute effectively to each centre’s team.
- Building relationships - Connect with Tamariki, whānau, and colleagues to create a positive learning space.
What You Need:
- NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification (BEd/Grad Dip – Level 7 or higher)
- Current NZ Teacher Registration (Provisional or Full)
- NZQA endorsement (if applicable, for overseas qualifications) confirming Level 7 or higher
- Valid work eligibility in New Zealand
