As we begin the recruitment process, we are inviting expressions of interest to join our dynamic start-up team at BestStart Park Green. Our beautiful, purpose-built centre will be licensed for 100 tamariki and will feature four thoughtfully designed classrooms, including a dedicated space for tamariki under 2 years old. We aim to open in February 2025.

Centre Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to be part of something unique from the very beginning. You will play a key role in setting up the learning environment, shaping team values and philosophy, and promoting the centre within the community. The ideal candidate will be a qualified ECE teacher with proven leadership experience, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to mentor and support the team. Strong skills in curriculum development, compliance and financial management are essential, along with a passion for maintaining high standards of care and education.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Qualified Teachers
We are looking for passionate Qualified Teachers to join our team, working with tamariki under 5 years old. Positions are available for both under 2s and over 2s, offering the opportunity to work with new resources in a bright, modern environment. As part of the start-up team, you will help establish the learning environment and contribute to shaping a centre philosophy that reflects our team’s values and the local community. Flexibility and full-time availability are essential.
These are full-time roles, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
