What You’ll Do:
- Lead curriculum design, planning, and reflective practice
- Foster warm, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your team
- Support and mentor Kaiako, growing capability and confidence
- Ensure high standards of health, safety, and care are met daily
- Champion your room’s vision and values while aligning with BestStart’s philosophy
What You’ll Bring:
- A Level 7 ECE or Primary teaching qualification and full certification
- Experience leading or mentoring a team (or the readiness to step up)
- A heart-led, collaborative approach to leadership
- Deep understanding of child development and learning
